Novamont To Present at the Amazon-Sponsored Session of the “Circularity 23” Event in Seattle, June 6th
Novamont has been invited by Amazon’s Worldwide Sustainability Group to present on a panel at their sponsored breakout session during Circularity 23 in Seattle, on June 6th. The session title being “Disrupting the Plastics Value Chain: New Innovations Changing the Status Quo.”
Paul Darby, VP Marketing of Novamont North America, will be presenting and will provide details on Novamont’s Circular Bioeconomy model, plus specific examples where its Mater-Bi biopolymers have been developed as catalysts for change to enable greater systemic effects than the product itself. This includes helping to avoid the problems of pollutant accumulation in the environment and the importance of collaboration throughout the supply chain and waste management sector.
Amazon are leveraging their size and scale to address plastic waste and decarbonize plastic materials used in their global business. Through their innovation work, they are identifying and partnering with emerging breakthrough technologies, such as those offered by Novamont, and bringing stakeholders together to create an alternative future for plastics.
