The Novamont plant in Terni hosts a Chilean delegation

On 20 June, a Chilean delegation operating in the agri-food sector visited the Novamont production plant in Terni, where they learned more about the Group's circular bioeconomy model.
 
Michele Falce, Mater-Agro Director & Production Area Manager & Novamont Agricultural Services, and Stefano Stefanetti, R&D Manager at the Terni Plant, guided the guests inside the plant to show the research activities and the Mater-Bi production process.
 
Afterward, the participants were conducted to the experimental fields near the plant. Anna Ciancolini, Head of the Agro Research and Development Department, illustrated the ongoing experiments on cardoon cultivation and the research activities on agricultural mulching film.
 
The delegation, accompanied by the Umbrian companies Polycart and GPT Group, was composed by representatives of Ecoitalia, a company that distributes made in Italy compostable products, and of the agri-food companies Vegus Orgànico and Chilehuerta.
