35. Kasseler Abfall und Ressourcenforum
From April 9 to 11, 2024, the Witzenhausen Institute will host the 35th Waste and Resources Forum at the Kassel Congress Hall. The conference will be accompanied by an industry fair. As in previous years, Kassel will once again serve as a venue for networking and discussions on waste management over a three-day period.
With over 60 speakers from politics, science, and industry, topics will include circular economy, sustainability, and climate protection, as well as organic waste collection, updates on organic farming and compost networks, plastics, the single-use plastics fund law, EU packaging regulations, packaging taxes, BEHG (Renewable Energy Act), and green heating. Other topics will cover chemical recycling, digitization, artificial intelligence, used textiles, fire protection, and landfills.
Novamont will have a presence with its own booth at the event.
