Representatives of OCP GROUP in Italy to learn about Novamont's circular bioeconomy model

From 26 to 28 June, a delegation of OCP S.A., the world’s largest group specialized in the extraction, refining, processing, production of phosphate rock, phosphoric acid and fertilizers, came to Italy in order to know Novamont's circular bioeconomy model.
 
Within a tour between Sardinia and Lazio, the delegation had the chance to visit the industrial cardoon crops developed in marginal areas in North Sardinia. Moreover, they visited Mater-Biopolymer, Novamont group plant located in Patrica (FR) and dedicated to the production of Origo-Bi, the biodegradable biopolyester that enters the production process of Mater-Bi bioplastics.
