IFIB – International Forum on Industrial Biotechnology and Bioeconomy 23

On September 28-29 IFIB, the International Forum on Industrial Biotechnology and Bioeconomy, organized by the Italian Circular Bioeconomy Cluster SPRING, Innovhub-SSI and Federchimica-Assobiotec, was held in Firenze.

The event brought together the main world bioeconomy stakeholders, who discussed and presented their latest innovations in the sector and on a new economy based on renewable and biological resources.

Giulia Gregori, Head of Corporate Strategy Implementation & Engagement Novamont, was among the speakers of the panel “Bio-Based Industries” and  illustrated the key role of the bioeconomy in achieving decarbonisation targets, highlighting the challenges and accelerations in the sector due to the integration of advanced technologies.
